More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Also contained in this latest image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
